Making Granola is something I do every month.I have it for breakfast almost every morning. The Recipe is in this cookbook which I usually go for when looking for a recipe that is simple and I can find all the ingredients I need for the recipe in my cupboard.
Sharing Our Best II by Fairlawn Menn. Church
8 cups oatmeal 2 cups coconut
2 cups wheat germ 2 cups brown sugar
2 cups chopped nuts 2tbs cinnamon
I add : 2 cup craisins and 1 cup flax seed to this recipe
cool and store in a tight container. I store mine in
this Tupperware container
and try a bowl of my granola?
I like mine with yogurt and a cup of coffee.
